Terms of Service

The App is provided by Sanjiv Gautam ([Your country]). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly at sanjivgautamdev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from within the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the App.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, including within focus groups.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Use the App to send spam or impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You own the content you create in the App (such as your habits and tasks). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the App — for example, showing your username and progress to members of a group you join. You're responsible for the content you share.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid plan. We currently offer an auto-renewing subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing is shown in the App before you buy.

• Billing: all purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
• Lifetime purchase: a one-time payment that grants access for the lifetime of the App, as described at the point of sale.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store policies. To request a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" process.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By starting to use paid digital content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose this right once access begins, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except the limited right to use the App as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you achieve any particular goal. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Some provisions, by their nature, survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
